RETURN POLICY

Silver Package (Digital)

  1. Please contact us at support@goodnesslover.com if you wish to have a refund issued for your Silver, Gold or Platinum package and we will help you.
  2. Product returns are available within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  3. Once we received your request we will initiate the refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.
  4. The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Gold and Platinum Package (Physical)

  1. Your order begins processing immediately after you place the order. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  2. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted. Once orders are sent, a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, so please make sure to fill out your correct address when checking out. Goodness Lover will not be held responsible for any deliveries made to an incorrect address.
  3. Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. If you notice that the package and products were damaged during shipping, be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours upon receiving the items.
  4. Gold and Platinum package returns are available within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  5. Refunds will not be issued for returned products without a return authorization. Contact us at support@goodnesslover.com for a return authorization before returning any products. Please also be sure to return your product in a timely manner once authorization is given.
  6. All costs associated with returning the purchased items to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you. The return shipping should also be arranged by you.
  7. When you return your package, be sure to add a note that includes your order number, name and email address.
  8. Once we receive the product(s) back, we will initiate the refund procedure for your money within 15 working days. (less shipping costs and a $20 re-stocking fee) with the terms below:
    • You must include all original contents of the package.
    • Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes, as this will affect the value of the product.
  9.  The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
