1) Is closed caption available for all of the episodes?

Yes! On the bottom bar, look for the “Closed Captioning” icon “CC” and click on it.

2) I am experiencing difficulty with loading the episodes. What should I do?

Please try refreshing the page, loading on a different browser or using a different device. Also, check your internet connection.

3) What is the duration of each episode?

4) I cannot watch the episodes at the scheduled time. Can I catch them at a later time?

Each episode is available for 24 hours before it gets replaced by the following one. This should give you plenty of time to catch at a more convenient time for you.

5) Is it possible to download an episode or add to my ‘watch later’ list?

Unfortunately, no! Each episode is available for 24 hours before it gets replaced by the following one. Make sure to catch it in this 24 hours’ window!

6) Is there a way that we can continue to access these after the 24hours?

7) I do not have the time to watch the episodes. Are transcripts available?

9) Is the content available to download when someone purchases one of the available packages or is it only available online?

Yes! All the content is available to download.

10) I have purchased the series but have not yet received a confirmation email. Is this normal?

Yes! It can take up to 6 hours to get the confirmation email regarding your purchase.
